Ninja Turtle offers a variety of programs including Self-Protection Training, Physical Fitness Programs, First Aid Certification, and Mental Resilience Workshops to empower individuals in different aspects of their lives.

We target and solve social threats by providing comprehensive training and support that help individuals restore their confidence and mental and physical well-being, ensuring they are strong both inside and out.

We offer flexible and personalized packages that cater to individual needs regarding workshop locations and timings. Our customized plans include on-site personal training, online sessions, and group sessions both online and at client sites.

Our Self-Protection Training program equips participants with practical self-defense skills and situational awareness techniques, ensuring they can protect themselves and others in various situations.

Our Physical Fitness Program includes activities like Yoga, Aerobics, and Zomba (exclusively for females), designed to improve overall health and well-being through engaging and enjoyable workouts.

The First Aid Certification program provides hands-on training in essential life-saving skills such as CPR and basic first aid, preparing you to effectively respond to medical emergencies and contribute to a safer community.

Our Mental Resilience Workshops aim to build emotional strength and mental resilience through stress management techniques, emotional intelligence development, and practical strategies for maintaining mental health.
